Return and Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to initiate a return request. All returns are free for orders shipped in the United States.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To initiate a return, please visit the Returns and Exchanges Portal. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please visit the Returns and Exchanges Portal, and initiate a return. Once we have received the return and refunded you the amount, we recommend that you place a new order for the correct size. 

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded based on your selected refund method. Refunds for store credit will be issued immediately. Refunds for original payment method will be issued within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business after we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@nickyseaclothing.com.
