Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via UPS. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we intend to deliver your order as quick as possible. All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order a shipping label has been created for your order, which will allow you to track the delivery date. Delivery time is based on your selected shipping method. If you need an item sooner than the shipping times provided, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once the package leaves our store, we cannot guarantee shipping times. Please notify us directly if you believe the contents of the package were damaged during shipping, or if the package has not arrived.

Once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled. Please contact us right away if you have any questions or concerns with your order.
